We are pleased to announce the ultimate Conference and Incentive venue at Hamilton Island – the Denison Star.

This 107 foot timber motor cruiser operates a regular Cruise and Dine experience for houseguests on Hamilton Island with a fully air conditioned restaurant and cocktail lounge.  We are also available for private charter, specialised conference and incentive events and other special functions.

Denison Star offers the perfect venue for the ultimate experience, with options including seated dining in its stylish restaurant on the lower deck, or cocktail style functions under the stars on the upper deck.

With an impressive commercial galley and fully licensed bar, the Denison Star has a team of professional, friendly crew and service staff to make your day unforgettable.

Capacity: Sit-down function - Max 46 pax in the dining room (or 80 pax utilising both Dining Room and upper deck)

Breakfast or Brunch Cruise (2 hrs) - Up to 50 pax Stand up dinner function - Up to 80 pax
Canape Cruise function - Up to 100 pax

Day Charter - Up to 50 pax

Crew: Qualified skipper and deck crew plus Chef, bar and wait staff

- Day charter (up to 5 hours – concluded by 4.30pm)
- Evening charter (up to 4 hours duration – after 5pm)
- Marine Parks Taxes are not included ($6pp day & evening charter)
- Rates are inclusive of GST

The charter rate for the Denison Star is made up of two components.  One is the cost of the vessel, the other is your choice of menu options.
