Sail and Snorkel to Chalkies & Whitehaven Beach

A day sailing on the 60 foot yacht Banjo Paterson offers visitors to Hamilton Island a unique Whisunday experience.

One of the original racing yachts to retire in the Whitsundays, Banjo Paterson is immaculately maintaned and presented exclusively for Hamilton Island house guests. 

On arrival in Whitehaven Bay you will enjoy a visit to both Chalkies beach for snorkelling and Whitehaven Beach with its famous white silica sandseal. We cater to the first timer right through to the experienced! 

Inclusions:

* A full day sailing on Banjo Paterson from 9.00am till 4.00pm. Times may change during the summer months
* Approximately 1.5 hours at Chalkies Beach & 1.5 hours at Whitehaven Beach. (Weather Dependant)
* A delicious buffet style lunch including cold meats, prawns with a variety of gourmet type  salads, breads and spreads.
* Morning and afternoon tea.
* Snorkelling equipment including personalised instruction and flotation jackets if required.
* Snorkelling available straight off the beach or boat.
* Beach activities including beach volleyball and cricket.
* Plenty of time to relax and unwind in or out of the sun.
* Wet weather jackets if needed for inclement weather conditions!

Tour Details:
Days operating: Changes with seasons – check at time of booking
Departs: Hamilton Island at 9am returning 4pm
What to bring: Flat soled shoes, hat, towel, sunscreen, swimsuit, camera, suitable sun-protective clothing, (plus a jacket in cooler months)
Everything included except souvenirs and beverages. 
Cash and credit card available for drink purchases.

Family:  $340.00 (2 adults/2 minors)

We do not cater for children under 6 years of age however further age restrictions may apply due to the weather and sea conditions.
